RECEPTION
Our reception is there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
CHECK IN/OUT
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
LATE CHECK-OUT
You have the option of booking a late check-out with us. The rooms are normally available until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like a late check-out until 5 p.m., the room can be reserved at reception after prior registration and availability.
for an additional charge of €59.00/room including use of the entire spa.
You can also take part in the cake buffet in the Kurpark Restaurant in the afternoon from 2.30 p.m.
PARK
Free parking is available directly at the hotel. We charge €12.00 per day for use of our underground car park all year round.
If you are travelling with an electric car, you can use one of the two e-charging stations in our hotel car park for €0.70 per kWh.
TRAVEL BY TRAIN
Via Göttingen or Nordhausen to Bad Lauterberg/Barbis.
After prior registration, we are happy to offer you our guest transfer from and to the Bad Lauterberg/Barbis train station.
The transfer costs of €19.00 per trip (max. 4 people) will be charged to you.
This service is free of charge for our Gold and Platinum guests.
BREAKFAST
In the morning we await you for a large breakfast buffet with homemade jams, specialties from the village butcher, a fine selection of cheeses,
Egg dishes to your liking, oven-fresh bread, crispy rolls, fruit juices, fresh coffee, tea specialties, fruit, yoghurts and much more delicious things...
You can enjoy our breakfast from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
in our “Kurpark-Restaurant” and is already included in your room price.
LUNCH
For the small hunger between meals Every day at lunchtime in the "Kurpark-Restaurant" between 12:00 and 14:00 we serve you our small à la carte menu with a selection of fine dishes.
DINNER
If you have booked our 3/4 pampering board, we will automatically reserve a table for you for dinner in our "Kurpark Restaurant".
We serve you an excellent 5-course menu of your choice every day (including a salad and starter buffet and a selection of cheeses).
We ask you to take your table between 5.30 p.m. and 8 p.m. (kitchen closes at 9 p.m.).
If you have not booked 3/4 board or would prefer to dine in one of our other restaurants, we ask you to make a table reservation in good time. Your table will be available for 2 hours.
3/4 PAMPERING BOARD
As part of the 3/4 pampering board, you can enjoy our coffee and cake buffet every day (daily from 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.)
and in the evening a delicious 5-course menu (daily 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. / kitchen closes at 9 p.m.) in the "Kurpark-Restaurant".
The cost is €34.00 per person.
For full board, the ¾ pampering board increases by €12.00 per person/day.
"TO THE DEER CATCHER"
“Zum Hirschfänger” is the name of our restaurant, which combines magical village parlor flair, rustic hut romance, creative front cooking and feasting to your heart’s content: In an ancient Austrian mountain hut from the 17th century, our kitchen artists conjure up a different land of milk and honey of warm and cold delicacies every evening before the eyes of the guests.
The cost is €39.00 per person (€5.00 surcharge when booking the 3/4 pampering board)

That Enjoyment and health Our wellness chefs in the Vital Restaurant show you how to combine "Lollo rosso" ,
who put together fresh, super light and low-calorie delicacies with a strong vital character,
that let you sink lightly into your pillows in the evening.
800 to 1,200 delicious calories
Fresh, light and low in calories – in our professional wellness kitchen, enjoyment and health can definitely come together.
Even 800 calories can be wonderfully packed into a vital breakfast and two gourmet meals a day, which still include a sweet treat.
For the Fit & Vital full board we charge 46.00 euros per person per day including mineral water for lunch and dinner.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the hotel area and in the rooms for your own devices.
CHILDREN
In the parents' and grandparents' room we charge for our little guests
up to 1 year free
from 2 to 7 years 25,00€ per child and day including children's half board
from 8 to 14 years 39,00€ per child and day including children's half board
Children aged 15 and over are charged regular prices.
DOGS
For our dog-owning guests, we have exclusively reserved rooms on the 2nd floor in the country house area.
We charge 20,00 € per dog/day for dog accommodation without food.
SMOKE
We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our restaurants and in the rooms. For our smokers, there is the possibility to smoke under cover in front of the hotel entrance. You can also use the loggias by the staircase

At re.vita - naturresort & spa, a fantastic wellness area "bade.haus" awaits you on a generous 3,000 square meter area.
Enjoy our indoor swimming pool with shimmering blue water at a pleasant water temperature of 28 °C and
Pure relaxation in our hot whirlpool at 34 °C.
Open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Our saunas are open Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 21:00.
Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
Our fitness room is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Our application area "harz.beauty" is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
TENNIS
Our 2 modern tennis halls are equipped with joint-friendly textile-rubber-granulate surfaces.

The space rental is 22,00 €/hour.
FOOTBALL
In the foyer on the first floor, football fans among our guests have the opportunity to watch all games via Sky or DAZN
the Bundesliga and the Champions League.
TOURIST TAX
The local tourist tax of currently €2.50 per person/day is charged separately.
